If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return the order within 30 days (calculated from the day you received the order), no questions asked.

You can return a product because it has a manufacturing defect, within 30 days from delivery. Once we inspect the returned product and confirm it was a manufacturing defect and not a wear and tear issue - we will refund you the full price paid for the initial order (including the shipping price) and we will also refund you the price you paid for the shipping of the returned item. Alternatively, we will send you a new product (and we will also cover your returned shipping cost). 

You can return the product with no question askedwithin 30 days from delivery. In this case, we will refund the full price paid for the product, either as store credit or a refund to the original payment method. There are no restocking fees charged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you choose an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping of the returned bracelet, but we will cover the shipping for the new bracelet, if the initial bracelet was purchased at full price (without any discount or free shipping promotion). 

Please note the following conditions to our return and refund policy:

  • Bracelets purchased with a discount, as well as bracelets bought with "free shipping" promotion cannot be exchanged for free. That means you will have to pay the shipping cost from us to you, for the new bracelet
  • Returned bracelets must be sent back to us in the original product packaging
  • Returned bracelets must have no visible signs of wear 
  • Custom made bracelets (special sizes and/or special color combinations) cannot be returned.
  • Custom engraved bracelets cannot be refunded. They can only be exchanged for a different size or for a different rope colour, with the payment of an additional fee of 10 Euros (we would have to re-make the bracelet for you). 

What is the return procedure?

To start the return procedure, click here to access your account. Then click on the order number for which you wish to make a return, and select the product(s) that you want to return, specify the reason for return and use the Notes section to mention if you want an exchange with a different colour or size or any other relevant information, then click to complete your request. We will be automatically informed about your return request and once we email you back with the approval to continue the procedure, you can ship the item(s) back to us, to this address:

     If you want to make sure we receive the item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service. Please make sure to print the return form and put it in the envelope together with the returned items. Mark the envelope as zero value, if you ship from outside EU. Please send us the tracking number, once you ship the returned products, so we can add it to your return request.

    What happens after we receive the returned bracelet(s)?

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned bracelet(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All return and refund/exchange claims will be processed in maximum 3 working days (calculated from the day we receive your returned item). We reserve the right to reject return claims if the above conditions are not met.

    If you are approved, then we will proceed according to your choice:

    REFUND - Your refund will be processed, and a credit in the value of the bracelet(s) returned will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 working days. 

    STORE CREDIT - We will issue a gift card (which you will receive on email) in the value of the item(s) returned. You will be able to use the gift card for any future purchases in the following 12 months.

    EXCHANGE - If the bracelets are not engraved, then we will exchange them for a different size from the same model, with no additional charge (we will cover the shipping of the exchanged bracelet and we will ship it within 1-3 days).

    For custom engraved bracelets (or for older bracelets you want to give a new life to), we offer the Rope Replacement option - which means you can send us back the initial bracelet and we can change just the rope for it and make it smaller or bigger, for an additional cost of 10 euros.
