What size should I buy?

If you plan to buy a YACHT CLUB anchor bracelet or a SAILOR mini boat bracelet, you do not have to worry about the size, they can fit any wrist - watch the video instructions on how to adjust the wrap bracelet.

Also the CHARMED bracelets are 100% adjustable, so they can fit any wrist size.

For the shackle bracelets, you have to measure your wrist - watch the Size Guide video instructions.

I want to buy a gift, which ones do you recommend?

The best options for gifts are our universal size YACHT CLUB mini ,medium or big anchor bracelets, SAILOR mini boat bracelets or CHARMED bracelets (since they can fit absolutely any wrist).

The 4cm anchor bracelets are better suited for big wrists, the 3cm anchor bracelets are better for medium wrists and the 2cm mini anchor and mini boat bracelets look great even on the smallest wrists.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! You can cancel the order within one hour of placing it, so email or call us right away.

Once an order is shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use DPD for orders inside Croatia and Slovenia. We use Croatian Post, as well as fast couriers (DPD for Europe, DHL for other countries). You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Where do you ship from?

We make the bracelets in our atelier in Split, Croatia - so we ship from here. If you live in a country outside the EU, you might need to pay custom taxes, please check your local regulations.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to many countries around the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Can I pay COD (cash on delivery)?

This option is available only for orders placed from inside Croatia and Slovenia.

Where can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email with a tracking number. For orders inside Croatia and Slovenia, check out the DPD tracking page. For international orders, check here- but be patient, the tracking page does not update from the moment it leaves Zagreb until it reaches your destination country.

How long until I receive my order?

Each bracelet is made to order, especially for you, so it usually takes 1-2 working days to complete your order (depending on how many orders we have received that day). This time is added to the estimated delivery time.

For orders placed inside Croatia, we offer free fast DPD shipping, so delivery times are usually 24 to 48 hours (can be 72 hours for remote destinations and islands).

For orders placed outside Croatia, delivery times using regular postal services (Croatian Post) for Europe, USA and UK it can be anything from 1-3 weeks (on average, 7-14 days), for Canada or Australia it can be 3-4 weeks or even more. 

For international orders, please note that the Croatian Post does not update the status page in transit (from the moment your order left Croatia, until it reaches the destination postal office), so please be patient. 

We strongly suggest you contact us for a fast shipping quote if you want your order to arrive within days.

What happens if my order is lost?

In the unfortunate event that your order is lost, do not worry, we will reimburse you in full (including the shipping price you paid) or we will resend your order with no additional charges (your choice).

Can I swim or take a shower while wearing my Break Time bracelet?

Yes, all Break Time nautical bracelets are made with stainless steel/titanium steel and sailing rope or paracord, so they are water-resistant.

I lost the pin to my shackle bracelet, can I get a new one?

Yes, you can - click here. Just make sure to choose the right one for your bracelet (or send us an email with a photo of the bracelet and we will advise you on what pin you need).

Do you do custom orders for events etc?

Yes, we do. Get in touch and let us know all the details!

Can you engrave a logo or other special design?

Yes, we can. We need to see the logo or design first though (which has to be white background, black design, good quality) - to make sure it can be visible enough and that it fits well on the type of bracelet you want etc.

I want to sell your bracelets in my shop. Do you do wholesale?

Yes, we do and you can email us with some info about your company, where you plan to sell our products etc, and we will get back to you with the wholesale conditions.
