Refund policy
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Break Time jewellery. If not, here’s how returns and exchanges work:
Standard Returns

You can return any non-custom product within 30 days of delivery – no questions asked.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order had free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Return shipping is your responsibility.
Defective Items

If your item has a manufacturing defect (not wear & tear), you can return it within 30 days.

Once inspected, we’ll either refund you in full (including shipping) or send a free replacement. We’ll also reimburse your return shipping if you send us proof of cost, up to 10 euros max.
Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 30 days.

You pay to ship the bracelet back.

If the item was bought at full price, we cover shipping of the new bracelet. If it was bought with a discount/free shipping promotion, you cover both ways.
Important Notes

Returned items must be unworn and in original packaging.

Custom sizes, custom color combinations, and custom engravinged items cannot be refunded.

Engraved bracelets can be exchanged (size/rope color) for a 10€ remake fee.

Rope replacement service is also available for 10€.
How to Start a Return

Wait for our approval email.

Send your item(s) back to:
Break Time ducan, Trogirska 8, 21000 Split, Croatia
(Use a trackable service, mark as “zero value” if outside the EU. Please note that if Croatian customs charges any custom fees, they will be deducted from your refund.)
Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email.

Refunds, store credits, or exchanges are processed within 3 business days.
Lost Orders
If your order is confirmed lost by the postal service used for your order, you may choose a full refund or a free reshipment. (Investigations usually take 2–3 weeks.)
