Shipping policy

NOTIFICATION TO OUR USA CUSTOMERS: Croatian Post has suspended shippings for US, due to the large volume of shipments which were returned or even blocked by US customs, so for the time being we are only able to ship with DHL Express. 

Production Time

  • Each bracelet is handmade to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for production before shipping.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Options

  • Croatia

    • DPD – 6€ (+2€ if Cash on Delivery)

    • Local Pickup (Split shop, Trogirska 8) – Free

  • Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Austria, Germany

    • Croatian Registered Post – 10€

    • DPD – 15€

  • Other European countries (UK, Greece, Spain, Ireland, Netherlands, Romania, etc.) - Croatian Registered Post – 10€

  • USA - DHL Express (2–4 working days) – 53€

 

  • Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Mexico, Turkey, Australia, Canada, New Zealand  
    • Croatian Registered Post – 10€
    • P24 International/EMS (15-20 working days) – 35€
    • DHL Express (2–4 working days) – 53€

       

       

  • Other countries

    • Contact us for a DHL quote (usually around 75€).

Delivery Times

  • Croatia: 2–3 working days (DPD).

  • Europe: 7–14 working days (Croatian Post).

  • UK: 7-10 working days (longer during busy periods)

  • Remote destinations via Croatian Post:  up to 4 weeks with P24 (longer with Registered Post, especially during busy periods)
  • DHL Express worldwide: 2–5 working days

⚠️ Note: Croatian Post does not update tracking until parcels reach the destination country. Please check tracking regularly and make sure someone is available for delivery.

Customs & Duties

  • For countries outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returned Packages

  • If your parcel is returned due to unsuccessful delivery (and we shipped to the correct address with valid tracking), the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Lost Orders

  • If Croatian Post confirms your order is lost, you may choose a full refund or free reshipment.

  • Investigations can start 3 weeks after the last tracking update and usually take ~2 more weeks.
